The Supreme Court Wednesday said that brain mapping, narco-analysis or a lie detector test is unauthorized because it is an unnecessary intrusion into person rights.

A bench headed by Chief Justice KG Balakrishnan said: "We are of the analysis do not believe that people can be forced and subjected to such technique instinctive."
