Turkish officials say a remote-controlled roadside bomb in the city of Istanbul has blasted a bus carrying soldiers and their families, killing at least four people.
Provincial governor Huseyin Avni Mutlu said Tuesday around a dozen more people were wounded in the attack. He said two are in critical condition.
