Pinta Island’s Tortoise Lonesome George

Pinta Island’s Tortoise Lonesome George
There are some animals that are getting extinct and there’s hardly anything nature or humans are doing to conserve them. This report is about a lonesome tortoise, who is feared to be the only one of its kind left on the face of this earth. Now imagine, how dreadful would it be if humans were becoming extinct, and nothing constructive was being done to conserve us.

This should act as an eye opener and we, the humans, must become proactive in terms of dealing with all such issues. The tortoise named Lonesome George was found at the Pinta Island. There is no known population of this Tortoise, and Lonesome George is feared to be the last remaining descendant of its species.George is estimated to be between 60 to 100 years of age.
