CW “Vampire Diaries” hottie Nina Dobrev was spotted out at the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards earlier tonight in Toronto,Canada at the MuchMusic headquarters. Nina was looking absolutely gorgeous in her dress as she walked the red carpet. She greeted her fans,and sported a great big smile for the paparazzi cameras at the annual event.
