Dual-core ViewSonic ViewPad 7x with Android Honeycomb announced
ViewSonic has officially introduced the ViewPad 7x, which, as assumed not long ago, is the world’s first 7 inch (1024 x 600 pixels) tablet to come with Android Honeycomb.
ViewSonic proudly states that the ViewPad 7x weighs “only 380 grams” – but that’s also the weight of Samsung’s 7-inch Tab (launched last year), so this isn’t such a big achievement after all.
Anyway, the new tablet features features HSPA+, Wi-Fi, DLNA, HDMI, a dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, and two cameras (rear and front-facing)
ViewSonic didn’t say when and where the ViewPad 7x would be released. The company has not announced the tablet’s price, either.
