The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court had declared the ruling that candidates with less than 50% may seem to B.ed audition, but the Allahabad High Court for more hearings.

Justice Dilip Gupta of the Allahabad High Court however, ruled: "It is not possible to allow the Petition to appear in the joint entrance examination scheduled for May 5, 2010."
