Pakistan vows 'full cooperation' over US arrest
Pakistan will give full collaboration with the U.S. in a Pakistani-American arrested in association with the New York bombing plot, a senior management official said Tuesday.
U.S. diplomat to Islamabad Anne Patterson held talks with Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, said the officials told AFP.
'There have been initial deliberations when the U.S. diplomat met with our Foreign Minister, said a senior Pakistani official.
"Pakistan and the United States have continuously robust cooperation in combating terrorism. If necessary, we will extend maximum cooperation to the United States," the official additional.
