Watch Quebec Canada Wildfires Spread Smoke for Miles Home Video

Quebec forest fires have swept black smoke in several Canadian cities counting Quebec City, the regional capital. Firemen have had some problems with management of flames and smoke can blow into the Montreal city restrictions.

According to the National Inter Agency Fire Center, "National total of 10 large fires have burned 77,678 acres. Four new large fires were reported: one in Arizona and Texas and two in Alaska."They also added that it is a fairly big chance for fires to spread in Alaska:

"noteworthy fire potential, including warm temperatures, low humidity and dry thunderstorms are estimate for central and eastern Alaska again today,"

This video - and related videos - gives me chills. It reminds me about the overwhelming and poisonous fires we had here in Victoria not long ago.

I still have pictures of the thick, dark smoke rolled across the sky as the fires were within miles, where we lived.
