N.Y. -- In a red-meat endorsement of Republican congressional hopeful Michael Grimm, former Mayor Rudy Giuliani said last night that Democratic Rep. Michael McMahon has been "neutered" by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and said McMahon's vote against the health care reform bill should not be a reason for Staten Islanders to support him for re-election this fall.
