India today successfully test-fired its nuclear capable ballistic missile, Prithvi-II off the Orissa Coast. The indigenously developed missile was test-fired from the ITR, Chandipur.
The Prithvi-II missile was launched from a mobile launcher at around 6:50 AM today. The missile has already been inducted to Indian Army, but the trial still continues.
