"True Blood" doesn't waste any time ... well, at least not in “Bad Blood,” the season opener. We could argue that there was perhaps one self-mutilation too many, one orgy too far at the end of last season. "Bad Blood" begins mere minutes from where we left off last summer: At a fancy French restaurant, Sookie returns to her table to accept Bill’s marriage proposal, but he’s gone; Jason is a wreck after gunning down Eggs in what he thought was an attempt to save Andy Bellefleur’s life: Tara is keening over Eggs’ body; Jessica has shlepped home her first victim; Sam is on the road to track down his birth parents; and Bill, we discover, has been kidnapped ... but by whom?
