Four Western powers wanted tougher events, worked some targeting Iran's energy sector - but in Beijing and Moscow, difficult to weaken the ladder in the future.

American UN diplomat Susan Rice said Tuesday that a 10-page draft is a "physically strong, broad base of Regulation, which creates an important and significant new sanction against Iran."

The proposed regulations require that new proceedings in Iran banksabroad if the friendship is suspected nuclear missile programs, communication and vigilance of all Iranian banks, including Central Oy.

It is so good it was to get bigger UN arms embargo next to Iran, and to find a blacklist of three separate forbidden Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines and 15 is a break new ground in the Islamic forces. The settlement also creates a cargo examination system which is similar to a station in North Korea.

U.S. Defense escritoire Robert Gates said Tuesday that the behavior of America is likely to quickly move their own preparations, going beyond the UN sanctions.

In addition, the proposed directive a list of 40 companies added to the United Nations compulsory a blacklist of company with assets all over the world, glaciers on misgiving of assistance in the Iranian nuclear missiles and programs.

The new blacklist, obtained by Reuters includes a person Javad Rahiqi, innermost leader of Iran, where uranium is processed. His property is also frozen, and he / she are the world-wide travel ban.

Diplomats predicted that the Council passes a decree, but it will probably only get 12 yes votes. Lebanon, they said, almost certainly abstain, while Turkey and Brazil was seen as either refused or voted against the decree.

Three rounds of criminal incident directed against Iran's nuclear agenda and activities projectile hits the hard money arrangement, but it did not convince the leadership in Tehran to halt its nuclear program or come to the negotiating table, say analysts.

Instead, Iran will carry on uranium enrichment despite a higher more and more rare hint of possible military action from the nuclear capability in Israel or Washington.

Iran's UN Ambassador Mohammad Khazaee, comments, which were scattered by the Iranian delegation said the push sanctions showed that in some countries, "rather an argument."

"In such a state of affairs, Islamic Republic of Iran was forced to act in response to this argument as it deems fit, if needed," said Khazaee outside the public service in feature.

Iranian legislator says Tehran should think again cooperation with the UN nuclear watchdog if sanctions were on - a threat to Tehran is full of the past.

Diplomats said that U.S. authorities operating in the tough New York to Turkey and Brazil, to abstain from voting on Wednesday, but it was unclear whether it succeeds. Lebanon, they say, can not support the resolution because of Iran-backed

Lebanese militant group Hezbollah in the government.

Turkey and Brazil last month to life a part of the UN-backed offer Tehran a chance to participate in 1200 kg (2600 pounds) is a small return for the uranium fuel rods in a special medical research reactor.

They say the sanctions are no longer needed, and refused to fall in place in discussions on the draft statement. U.S., Britain, France and Germany said fuel swap agreements did nothing to change Tehran refuses to suspend its uranium, even if five of Security Council resolutions.

This disobedience, Western diplomats say more about the growing irritation with Iran in Moscow and Beijing, which are close trading associates with Tehran.
