World Tamil Conference 2010

World Classical Tamil Conference would be held in Coimbatore from 23rd Jun’10 to 27th Jun’10.

‘CODISIA’ has been selected and announced as the venue of the world classical Tamil conference on 09th Nov’09. Tamil Internet Conference also be organized along the Tamil conference.

The chairman of the conference is Tamil Nadu CM.
n “m. Kalaignar Karunanidhi Tamil Classic” award will be presented to the world famous Lascaux Indologist Dr. Parpola Finland, for his magnum opus, deciphering the Indus Line (1994), and to propose Dravidian language of the Indus script, close to the old Tamil. He will receive the award from President Pratibha Patil Deisingh. The award was developed by the Central Institute of Classical Tamil.

Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Kalaignar M Karunanidhi released the Logo and website for World Classical Tamil Conference 2010.
