Fast Weight Loss-Lemonade Diet Recipe


If you want to balance the body and reduce your weight, try lemonade diet. There is a 10-day diet, during this time they can lose anywhere 10-20 pounds.

Recipe of Lemonade Diet :
  • 2 Tablespoons organic Grade B maple syrup,
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon or lime juice
  • 1 Cup purified or spring water
  • 1/10 Teaspoon or more cayenne pepper
This is the equivalent of taking an empty gallon water jug and filling it with :
  • 10 cups of water
  • Juice of 5 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/4 cup of organic Grade B maple syrup
