Application form for admission will be available from 01-06-2011 at the University Counter on payment Rs. 250.00 in cash. The application form for admission will also be available by post on payment of Rs. 300.00 by demand draft in favour of Registrar, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, along with self-addressed envelop of 12"X9".

Application form, completed in all respects, along with relevant testimonials must be submitted at the concerned School of Studies by June 30, 2011 .
