'No immediate solution to oil spill in the Gulf'

After more than a few months of environmentally disastrous oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico will be under control, Director of the U.S. disaster, Barack Obama Monday conference adopted a special cabinet.

Cabinet approves Indian National Defence University

The breakfront Thursday decided to Rs 295 crore to set up an Indian National Defence University (indu) to create synergies between obtainable institutions of knowledge in the sector and manage the planned security challenge.

"The Union Chas given in-principle endorsement for setting up indu as a fully independent organization, must be included under an Act of Parliament to an estimated cost of Rs 295 crore," Information and Broadcasting Minister Ambika Soni told reporters after a cabinet conference chaired over by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
