Obama to Krishna

President Barack Obama will face a day to be hosted by escritoire of State Hillary Clinton in honor of her Indian Friend SM Krishna on Thursday, reflecting the importance he for me attaches to the Indo-US relations.

This will be one of the rarest cases when the President of the United States will run down from the White House to Foggy Bottom H.Q. State Department to attend a reception held by the Secretary of State for a visiting foreign minister.

Krishna will visit here for the first Indo-US strategic dialogue, June 3.

"Thursday the president will attend and deliver remarks by Secretary of State & apos reception in honor of the Indian delegation to the US-India strategic dialogue that will attend the Foreign Ministry earlier in the day," the White House said as it published plan, the U.S. president next week.

"The President & apos strong support of the strategic dialogue and in this first meeting reflects his desire to promote a strategic partnership with India that we are trying to solve global challenges," the White House said.

Previous told Deputy Secretary of State for South and Central Asia, Robert Blake, journalists at a press conference that Obama has called India an indispensable partner and one of the most important partners for the United States in the 21 century.

"Obama administration attaches great importance to our relations with India, and President Obama himself has said there will be a signature of our partnership in the 21st century, "said Blake.

It was shown by the President & apos's decision to invite Prime Minister (Manmohan) Singh (as the first State Guesthouse of his presidency last November). IT & Apostle shows the large number of dialogues that we have. IT & apos yet viewed several of the large private sector component of our relationship and all the people of interpersonal contact, we have.
