Fate can be cruel. Anil Kapoor’s daughter Sonam Kapoor made all the right moves when she entered Bollywood. What can be better than a film with Sanjay Leela Bhansali to make an acting debut? But success eluded Sonam, and Saawariya flopped. Then she chose what can be called the second best option - a film with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra of Rang De Basanti fame. But no. Sonam would not taste success that easy. Delhi 6 too tanked at box office.
With two back-to-back flops, will Sonam be third time lucky this Friday when her film with Imran Khan, I Hate Luv Storys, releases?
Hard to say, but from the look of it, the movie does look promising.
Though anyone in her place would be biting off her nails with nervous anticipation, Sonam isn’t feeling anything of the sort.
