West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharya on the Nation Love Day "and schools as Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose's birthday party was directed to make the celebration arrangeents proposed. This brave soldier so brave to the 114 th anniversary Fauj to the name of his Indian National Army to make its British and challenge all leaders to this day we remember and honor can.

He was popularly known as Netaji and was a legend in the Indian Independence movement. Bose was elected president of the Indian National Congress for two consecutive terms in 1938 and 1939, but had to resign from the post following ideological conflicts with Mahatma Gandhi and after openly attacking the Congress' foreign and internal policies.

Bose believed that Mahatma Gandhi's tactics of non-violence would never be sufficient to secure India's independence, and advocated violent resistance. He established a separate political party, the All India Forward Bloc and continued to call for the full and immediate independence of India from British rule. He was imprisoned by the British authorities eleven times. His famous motto was "Give me blood and I will give you freedom".
