Sania-Vesnina storm into French Open semis
India's Sania Mirza and her Russian partner Elena Vesnina upset top seeds Gisela Dulko of Brazil and Italian Flavia Pennetta 6-0, 7-5 to qualify for the women's doubles semifinals of the French Open on Monday.

Earlier in the day, Indian Davis Cupper Rohan Bopanna and his Pakistani partner Aisam-ul-haq Qureshi advanced to the French Open men's doubles quarterfinals with a straight-set win over Andrey Golubev of Kazakhstan and Denis Istomin of Uzbekistan.
On Sunday, Sania Mirza and Elena Vesnina defeated the Spanish pair of Maria Jose Martinez Sanchez and Anabel Medina Garrigues 6-1 6-4 to enter the quarters.
