In a major breakthrough, the Mumbai Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) Monday under arrest the radical Abdul Samad Bhatkal, is believed to be one of the conspirator in the Mumbai terror attack.

Temporary on a tip from the central cleverness agencies were Bhatkal arrested early this daybreak from Mangalore's Bajpe airport shortly after he at home from Dubai.
