Justice Dinakaran shifted to Sikkim High Court
In the Karnataka High Court Judge PD Dina Karan, was moved to the Sikkim High Court in a late night decision by the Supreme Court Collegium, which consists of Chief Justice KG Balakrishnan and Justices SH Kapadia, RV Raveendran and Dalveer Bhandari.
Collegium had previously asked him to go on go away.
The proposal to move the Justice Department Dina Karan has been sent to the President for endorsement.
However, says Law Minister Veerappa Molly Justice Dina Karan does not believe he is on top of the law.
"The hands of the law are big enough. Karan Dina Justice is not above the law. It is not the law cannot reach him," warn Molly.
The Rajya Sabha Chairman Hamid Ansari admitted a suggestion that seeks justice Dina Karan has taken on some corruption charges, he had not come to court to perform legal work since December last year.

Apex court has now decided to consider the nomination until after Justice Dina Karan is acquitted of all charge.
