Terror attack in Delhi imminent: US

The U.S. embassy in India Saturday warned its citizens that terrorists may be planning "imminent" attack in New Delhi.

"There are rising signs that terrorists are planning about to happen attacks in New Delhi," the U.S. embassy said. "Terrorists have under attack sites in the past, where U.S. citizens or Westerners are known to gather and visit." It said markets such as those found in Chandni Chowk, Connaught Place, Greater Kailash, Karol Bagh, Sarojini Nagar and Mehrauli, may be "particularly attractive target" for revolutionary groups.
