Re-Unite for the benefit of the family, Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards celebrated her daughter Lola's birthday by side Tuesday afternoon.
Even with their second daughter, Sam, and Denise's father, struck the group Always popular Disneyland theme park with Charlie lurching behind Denise and his daughters as paparazzi snapped up shots.
The family outing comes just as it was announced that Charlie will be locked up for 30 days after reaching a plea agreement in his domestic violence case, with his wife Brooke Mueller.
By request no contest to a misdemeanor assault charge, "Two and a half Men 'star wants his threatening felony charges dismissed outright.
Prayer is expected to be busy on Monday with a prison sentence start immediately. Sheen could be out for 17 days with good behavior.
