Raajneeti, sprawling portrait writer-director Prakash Jha a political family, is a mixed bag. The film has moments of power mad and like many flaws.
The tale has propulsive movement in the first half but was slower than the second. Jha, who have fought elections in Bihar itself, creates a real sense of the machinations and sordid deals that fuel politics but then hobbles to this comic twists and some really filmy''moments - like a funny- funny love-making scene is triggered because the characters read in the rain.
