Hrithik Roshan's kites, distributed by Reliance Big Pictures has done a fantastic day, one of the Chennai Open in his Liberation Day (May 21).
The film was released seven screens and trade buzz is better than the opening of five new films in Tamil, was released the same day.
Hrithik is a power of the Chennai box-office, where all of his films would make a great opening. But the film is likely to fall and leads to mixed reports on Monday.
Multiplexed was lucky, because most of the weekend tickets sold out in advance.
