Torrence Hatch otherwise known as Lil Boosie was indicted by Baton Rouge grand jury Thursday on a first-degree murder charge for his involvement in a shooting incident where one man died CBS reported.
Lil Boosie along with Adrian Pittman and Michael Louding were all indicted for the death of Terry Boyd who was shot to death. District Attorney Hillar Moore stated if Hatch was convicted he could face death penalty.
