HCL Infosystems spurts on overseas acquisition
5.36% HCL Infosystems has jumped 118.90 rupees 09:06 IST on BSE after the company a 60% stake in NTS Group, a leading IT services and solutions provider based in Dubai acquired, including approximately 6.5 million investment.

NTS Group Following the acquisition, HCL Infosystems and regional needs for system integration services in the Middle East and Africa will be able to expand its presence. NTS Group offers hardware solutions, enterprise software, infrastructure and networks, e-security and web development.

HCL Infosystems net profit 7.10% decline in turnover of Rs 2793.83 crore in March 2010 over Q3 16.10% 66.76 crore in December 2009 over Q2 rose.
