Khatta Meetha - Movie Review

One honest person can’t last long amidst the swarm of corrupt souls. The corruption, bribery and skulduggery do eventually douse whatever little spark of honesty a man may have had. That’s how the cookie crumbles in a rotten system.
Priyadarshan’s film Khatta Meetha is a satirical comedy of one such person who, unable to survive honestly in a corrupt system, adapts himself to its shady ways. It’s the exposé of a system that punishes the honest and rewards the corrupt.

Akshay Kumar and Trisha Krishnan play the lead roles. Supporting roles are played by a host of actors, including Rajpal Yadav, Makrand Deshpande, Manoj Joshi, Urvashi Sharma, Asrani, Neeraj Vora and Milind Gunaji, among others.

Do fasten your belts for the bumpy ride ahead.
