Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi on Sunday called on the Supreme Court and Madras High Court to take steps to Tamil in the High Court.
"Tamil should also come to the Supreme Court. The Tamil language should Madras High Court and all judges should strive to achieve this," he said to the High Court to reveal the statue of BR Ambedkar.
Chief Minister's remarks came after a Supreme Court judge Justice P. Sathasivam, the Supreme Court of Madras High Court HL Gokhale and Justice FM Ibrahim Kalifulla deals with the composition of Tamil. Justice Gokhale made introductory remarks in Tamil.
