An earthquake struck last night in the Southern California and Mexico border region measuring 5.7 magnitude according to the U.S. Geological Survey. People felt the quake from San Diego to Orange County and Los Angeles. The quake occurred at 9:26 pm PDT and the centre was near to Ocotillo in Imperial County, approximately 85 miles east of San Diego.
