Rains 21% below normal; experts still hopeful
The New Delhi: Indian monsoon rains, crucial for the economy billions of dollars of 21 minutes has been below normal for several weeks, until June 1923, India's Meteorological Agency said, reflecting the slow progress at that time was in June.
