In this region, Paul won 65 percent of the vote that Grayson's 32 percent.
Paul, a 47 years old Bowling Green eye surgeon, had never before run for office and rotating to the online fundraising model that his father pay for their campaign. Grayson was bloodthirsty, drawing heavy financial backing from the traditional GOP donors in Kentucky.
