Sunny wants to continue his rivalry with Shahrukh
Plans are being formed before the release of Sunny Deol is the New Year I LOVE NEW YEAR on Christmas Eve. So far so good. Only holders (and big one at that) that Shahrukh Khan's DON 2 scheduled to come on the same day or the 23 December As the back story of this decision, it makes a collision more interesting.
For the uninitiated, it was more than a decade and a half years ago, when things soured between Shahrukh and Sunny. Yash Chopra as the dramatic psychological thriller Darre Sunny had chosen one of the leading hero of the piece, while Shahrukh was basically a villain. But as the film progresses, so impressed was Chopra with Shahrukh Sr. BAAZIGAR that the boy was finally a hero who went off with all the sympathy in the same sunny presence seemed a cameo.
"Since then, Sunny soured relations with all types of Chopra and Shahrukh," the source continues, "So when the opportunity came to fight back when he hurt the most, not shying away, and Sunny are now given the go-ahead for their romantic comedies, is Shahrukh a thriller. "In addition, Sunny more confident in their decision because of his YAMALA PAGLA DEEWANA will be the second biggest hit to date. Enjoying a new life, if he makes no concessions. Meanwhile, an achievement all the more or less seals Abhishek Bachchan who is now thinking about moving his players to arrive later.

Source Code Movie Review

Groundhog Day with the inevitable comparisons. Influential action film, which takes the hero of the brave. Complete mastery of the case develops. 12 Monkeys is one that in mind.
There will be a lot of loose ends, but do not remove them more about the secrets of evoking the film. Humans respond to their situations. This camera allows us to study up close.
Almost half of the film is played with haunting camera. Back to the point of view through the furnace. When we look at the most to show, there is no evidence of an audience. As a viewer, we are the Deutschland-voyeurs.
How movies work normally, if somewhat playfully and self-consciously about the Outlook. We hop between mind and reality.
A story with no plot, "one mind" It becomes more and more like a story.
Why are so snobby? Common reference point for extended discussion.
Wittgenstein loved movies, they also clean shower after your day job is found.

Movie Review: Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap

Director Puri Jagannath's Bbuddah...Hoga Terra Baap (Old, Must Be Your Father) reiterates the commonly used phrase "old in age, but young at heart" with 68-year-old Amitabh Bachchan as a rebellious flamboyant hitman.
Releasing on Thursday, it'll see Big B splashing colour and giving youngsters a run for their money in his own inimitable style on a Harley Davidson.
With the film, the angry young man of the '70s and '80s returns to re-live various roles that he played in his successful hits. Interestingly, in the action comedy, his screen name is Vijay and is likely to be the most flamboyant character of the year.
You have known him as THE ANGRY YOUNG MAN of 70’s. His screen name has mostly been Vijay. You have seen him as a cop, a victim, an actor, an activist, a gangster on loose but for the first time you’ll see AMITABH BACHCHAN as AMITABH BACHCHAN. That’s right for the first time BIG B is encashing on his brand value in Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap (Buddha Hoga Tera Baap). He’s singing and dancing to his old tunes in Go Meera Go. He’s mouthing his popular dialogues again– Hum jahan khade hote hai line wahin se shuru hoti hai sending a clear message to his not-so-contemporaries that listen Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap (Buddha Hoga Tera Baap).
We all are aware of Amitabh’s colossal image, his poignant figure, then why Mr. Bachchan wanted to come out so strongly, so aggressively in Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap? Why he did something that is so contradictory to his modest attitude? May be he did for his fans, may be he realized that’s time to get rid off the attitude and declare that he’s the biggest showman alive in this business. Or may be he wants to declare – that actors will come and go but he’s here to stay. Whatever are the reasons there’s one thing for sure, that Mr. Bachchan rules Bollywood! And to testify that- you have Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap where right from the first frame anxiety levels run high, as you can’t wait to see Mr. Bachchan on screen.
BHTP is more of a family saga than a thriller though the storyline suggests the latter. ACP Karan (Sonu Sood ) is after a mafia gang who are involved in serial blasts in Mumbai. Viju (Amitabh Bachchan) is hired to kill ACP Karan. Is Viju an assassin or a saviour? Find out when you watch Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap (Buddha Hoga Tera Baap). The screenplay is refreshing in bits and pieces specially the climax that provides enough dozes of laughter. The ending however is bit emotional as you would never, ever want Big B to say goodbye! Raveena Tondon’s so called comeback is charismatic. Hema Malini can still give young actresses a run for their money in a simple Saree. And no, Mr. Bachchan and Hema Malini’s chemistry is no where close to their chemistry in Baghban, except the song Haal-e-dil which is so similar to Main yahan tu wahan of Baghban. The title is more of a catch phrase and bears no relevance to the story. Overall the movie is a good package that incorporates action, emotions and laughter, but if it wasn’t for Mr. Bachchan multiplexes would never witness so many senior citizens walking in. Just like the director we too thank Mr. Bachchan for entertaining us for many years through his body of work.

An American Jewish woman many years ago, I was surprised when I said that as a teenager in India, mother Woody Allen [Images] for the Annie Hall [Images] was looking and I found the film very funny. He was amazed about how to make the film, Oscar Winner - New York Comedy - Mother's can display information such as when Diane Keaton [Images] is an order of mayonnaise on white bread, pastrami. I learned from Jewish tradition, the pastrami on rye bread to be eaten with mustard.
I have also learned of humor, is specific to culture and age. Humor may be wise. I live in New York, I admired and learned of Allen's films and the micro used pedasamanthi. And humor can be smart. Michael Winterbottom find new Mother exceptionally clever and witty, laced with sadness of the trip. Slapstick comedy works with large audiences, though usually not with me. My favorite - - but then I bump into the theater when stressed out (Fairuza mother in Cameron Crowe Almost balk) laugh or (overweight Cyrus Broacha [Images] in D Krishna Raj mother Nidimoru and 99), or electric poles Letters to the walls was a fish called Wanda, while Michael Palin teriyarsa mother is accidentally killed one of three Yorkshire!

Telugu film review: 180 is emotional torture

180 is two and a half hours of emotional torture that is so brutally assaultive in its determination to extort sympathy from viewers that it practically leaps off the screen and into their laps in order to get to it. This film is completely contrived and uneven; by the end we are screaming to yank our eyes and ears away from all that overtly dramatic music, glycerin tears, the super sensitive subject choice and the crushing lack of sensibility. Siddharth’s heartfelt performance and the exquisite cinematography can't redeem the dramatic fallacies surrounding this mess.
Mind you, 180 has a rather intriguing first act, but by the end it just left me mourning the movie that might have been. The idea of a young character facing death can’t help but be compelling in a way, but director Sarma and his writing collaborator Umarji Anuradha aren’t satisfied with telling the story in a clean and straightforward manner. Instead, they adopt a structure that tells the story from the shifting memories of the central character, (though on close inspection it’s a technique they ignore as often as they follow it).
A stranger who calls himself Ajay (Siddharth) arrives in Kasi on a spiritual journey. After a super duper ultra slow motion bath in the river, he moves to Hyderabad and stays as a paying guest with an elderly couple (Mouli and Geetha). Ajay indulges in weird things like selling moong falli on the streets, helping slum kids deliver newspapers and standing up for the common man. Photo journalist Vidya (Menen) is smitten by Ajay’s saintly attitude, and she wastes no time in expressing her feelings for him. Ajay, who hides a traumatic past, rejects her and suddenly leaves the city – it’s when Jayendra pulls the rug from under our feet by involving one of the characters in a terrible accident. The frightening escalation of Ajay’s past is glimpsed in vivid flashbacks, but the result is a laughable jumble.
Moreover, Jayendra and Anuradha ratchet up the mawkish quotient mercilessly. It’s not simply that they go for the jugular in scenes like the inevitable one where the hero wants to make one last visit to his lady love. It’s that they ladle on the plot holes with grotesque profusion. A character who suffers from a broken spine is shifted from Hyderabad to San Francisco for an emergency surgery. Another sees death – which is portrayed as a sidey black man wearing trench coats and carrying ropes. And while a patient battles life and death, we’re transported to the romantic flashback between Ajay and Renu (Anand), which includes a picturesque joyous song sequence, then an obligatory sad cameo from Ajay’s mother who dies, which is almost immediately followed by a wedding and another romantic number.
Tonal inconsistencies be damned, 180 suffers from sheer sloppiness of script that results in scenes of comedic frivolity. The dramatic turns in the second half are so conceptually off-kilter that they really succeed as unintentional hilarity. A prime example of the latter would be a scene where ‘Death’ (the black dude) stands on a flowing river, and points and laughs. Not to mention the big reveal – the scene is hysterically overlaid with a dramatic song so as to dampen its persuasive power. It's as if Siddharth had to convince even the filmmakers of his plight.
Priya Anand’s performance — talk about people going overboard in an effort to make an impression. I can understand why she would want to take this role, but her work here is so shrill and overbearing (even beyond the demands of the character) that it just becomes embarrassing. Nithya Menen comes off as painfully forced for most part of the film. The best performance is given by Balasubramaniam’s high speed camera that captures some truly amazing, detailed slow-mo nuggets (although why those sequences existed in the movie remains a mystery).
180 feels like there was an explosion at the sob story factory and little pieces from dozens of different films were jammed together into one dreadful mutant. The whole terminal illness melodrama attacks your chest so relentlessly, that by the time it's over you’re forced to beg for a defibrillator.

Double Dhamaal Movie Review

If we go by the last scene of DOUBLE DHAMAAL, DHAMAAL 3 is on the cards. Looking at DOUBLE DHAMAAL, we hope it doesn't happen.
Talking about sequels, you will agree that making a sequel is always a challenge. The expectations are high and the comparisons to the original are inevitable. There is a pressure to at least be at par, if not better than the earlier part. DHAMAAL was wacky and hilarious at the same time. Even the characters and their quirky traits were enjoyable. Now, in DOUBLE DHAMAAL, the same characters are rudderless due to the lack of a coherent script.

Music Review: Bhuddah Hoga Tera Baap
Obviously the Big B angry youth, or rather, old man "back" is. A AB Corp film - - Amitabh Bachchan in his next home production directed by Puri Jagannath.Sample an intriguing soundtrack. Vishal - Shekhar composed by, it's only five tracks, four of which have been sung by Bachchan himself.
Most e heart of the first song, a slow romantic and surprisingly his deep melodious voice is a ballad sung by Amitabh Bachchan. Monali Thakur, Shekhar Ravjiani of the song and that is connected to provide backing vocals. It is a slow, soothing number that starts with B vocals and very little music and a fast speed gradually builds with more musical accompaniment. Bachchan singing it before the attacks, haunting beyond words "and" Main Yahaan Tu Wahaan 'from Baghban' Rozana 'reminds me of.
The album's second song of the image quickly, Bbuddah Hoga Tera Baap (Accapella version) has broken up with. Bachchan also dons the mic for this one, '.Song trailer does not help either. While attempting to play openly of his age and his legacy is admirable, her hip song and at the same time feel "angry" does not work.
The same song with a dance vibe. Bbuddah Hoga Tera Baap (Dub Step) is essentially the same but with an overdose of electronic rock track. Bachchan Vishal Dadlani of the company's English rap, an element of the late Hindi film song called remix has become a tradition.
Merry Go get this album reaches a peak with a gimmicky. Is designed as a club number, the song brings with his son Abhishek Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan. Autotune - in - 70 rap interludes Bachchan and his most famous songs by Junior Senior Bachchan rehashing it mixed with a heavy track. Referred to the old songs 'Khaike Pan Banareswala', 'Pagh Ghunghroo Dam' and 'Sara Zamaana.' Barse color 'a track which either underwhelming singing father-son combo, Amitabh classic hits from the collapse depends almost exclusively on the fans sing, rap is an attempt at the junior Bachchan, or the ingredients to become the song ends A concoction of all of the over-the-top.
With sound, and an item song over the wraps. Main Chandigarh De Star energetically Sunidhi Chauhan (Bachchan sing in this one!) Is sung by. Punjabi songs are almost complete and the road is a lot of terminology that Chauhan is attitude. Music is functional but is also heavy on percussion, vocals drowned out. Raveena Tandon in a song called the film, which of the vacancy is on the big screen will feature a brief return. In an otherwise unsatisfying album, this track really stands out. This is especially great, but just that it is more enjoyable and more comfortable.
Overall, a pretty depressing a AB Corp film, musicians and veteran Telugu film as Jagannath Puri, Vishal - Shekhar album around the idea of expectations. Here's hoping the film than the film itself delivers songs that are given life.

Shaitan: Movie Review

A decade back, Anurag Kashyap directed his first film Paanch which, despite being unreleased till date, is perhaps the most popular pirated film of Bollywood. For people who missed Paanch , Shaitan kinda revisits the basic plotline of the film, proving that Kashyap's directorial debut was ahead of its time and one can relate to its theme and treatment in today's times.
NRI Amy (Kalki Koechlin) shifts to Mumbai and makes friends with a bunch of urban brats who believe in living life on the edge. The gang includes the loaded KC (Gulshan Devaiya), a drug-peddler Dash (Shiv Pandit), model-cum-aspiring actress Tanya (Kirti Kulhari) and the idler Zubin (Neil Bhoopalam). A random hit-and-run episode on a dopey night lands them into trouble when a cop (Raj Kumar Yadav) tracks them down and blackmails for huge ransom.

Army Wives Review: "Farewell to Arms"
For a season finale, with such incredibly far reaching changes, it didn't feel like much of a finale at all. A series finale, maybe, but we already know that the show is renewed for next year.
What are the odds that every one of the characters won't come back? I'd say nil. So where does this leave them? I can't think of another show that has thrown such a huge change into the mix at the end of a season.
Honestly, it's really difficult to talk about this episode, but I'll try to get a few things out there, nonetheless.
As for Michael and the drunk driving incident, I was wondering when that video would come into play. Two episodes ago, they showed it in the previews, and then there was no mention of it last week.

'Aaranya Kaandam' - a realistic account of gangsters (Tamil Movie Review)
Film: "Aaranya Kaandam"; Cast: Jackie Shroff, Ravi Krishna Sampath Raj, Yasmin Ponnappa, Somasundaram; Producer: Capital Film Works; Director: Thiagarajan Kumararaja; Music: Yuvan Shankar Raja; Rating: *** 1/2
Debutant Thiagarajan Kumararaja's "Aaranya Kaandam", which won the Grand Jury Award for best film at the South Asian International Film Festival, gives a realistic account of the world of gangsters.
The film begins with a quote - "Anything which is the need of the hour is dharma" - supposedly by legendary Chanakya in 300 BC. As expected, the film is based on the same philosophy.
The movie opens with an old man trying to make love to his young wife in vain. His frustration finds an outlet in violence and the girl asks him, "Why do you beat me for your inability?" The scene shifts to outside the house where a set of goons are chatting. The man inside the house may be incapable of having sex, but he is a don.

West is West Review – only performances stands out

West is West Review – Bollywood Hindi movie 2011 West Is West is a comedy-drama film, which is a sequel to the 1999 comedy East Is East.
When Compared the two films ‘East is East’ was a one-dimensional character while the new one West is West’s Khan is much more complex. But there is no comedy in this film and which has no detail in the play of drama where Indian viewers will not recognise with the main leads, which is very poosr script to say and ultimately reducing the impact of the drama. The best of the movie which offers drama the oustanding performances and the background score stands out. Overall, West Is West is narrated well but it definately will face low prospects at the box-office in India. Overall, a boring movie!

God and Subhash Ghai know, the film industry needs new talent. It is therefore heartening to see Ghai patronize newcomers.
Love Express is a sadly uninspired vehicle to accommodatenew talent. Everyone connected with this rather touchingly disoriented low-budget romantic comedy set in ‘speeding’ train (or so we are supposed to believe) is untried, eager to make an impression .
The amateurishness of presentation is in some ways, a sign of burgeoning talent. The students of Subhash Ghai’s acting school seem in search of their bearings. And that’s what makes them so endearing.

Fahrenheit 451 Review

It’s a little ironic to listen to an audio book on such a technologically advanced device when the book is presumably about society’s over reliance on technology. The novel also warns about the dangers of censorship, but thankfully this edition is unabridged and uncensored. I may have missed some of the point by lazily resting my eyes and enjoying the book audibly via the crisp, clear narration, but I promise I won’t start running around torching iOS devices like a paranoid pyromaniac. Besides, it’s probably a lot harder to set an iPhone on fire than a traditional book. Enough about the literary influences of the work though; let me talk about the app. Fahrenheit 451 is a very impressive audiobook app for iOS that features some engaging extra features and a solid presentation.

The Hangover Part II

By Satyen K. Bordoloi
Cast: Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis, Justin Bartha, Ken Jeong and Paul Giamatti
Director: Todd Phillips
Rating: **
"Hangover II" is a unique film in one respect. Whereas the usual trend for a sequel is to try and take the elements from the original and take the story forward, "Hangover II" has no such pretences, setting out instead to copy the first almost to the last detail by merely relocating the film, thus instantly giving you a bad hangover coupled with dejà vu.
Just like in the first part, the motley gang of friends, after a night of boozing in Thailand where they have gone to attend the marriage of Stu (Ed Helms), wake up with a terrible hangover, in a strange sweaty room, with a monkey and a cut finger in the room.

Kung Fu Panda 2

The trailer of "Kung Fu Panda 2" claimed that the film comes with 'double the awesomeness'. For a change, the final product indeed lives up to the tall claims of its trailer with a film that is both funnier and darker than its prequel.
Our fat, lovable and perennially hungry Panda Po (Jack Black), though accepted by his dragon warrior mates is not accepted by master Shifu (Dustin Hoffman).
